In every community, there are institutions that help define the quality of life its residents enjoy. Cabell Huntington Hospital has served in that capacity since its opening in 1956. And in every community, there are individuals who, by their contributions of both time and treasure, help define a community’s image and history and enable institutions like Cabell Huntington Hospital to exist. The Medallion Society was established to recognize these generous benefactors for offering the means to achieve otherwise unattainable goals.
This prestigious membership was established by the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation in recognition of the caring spirit and generosity of founders David and LaVern Meadows. Membership in the Medallion Society is one of the highest individual honors reserved for donors who are dedicated to a hopeful future and the well-being of others and providing the families of our community with a brighter tomorrow.
A gift or a commitment of $10,000 over a 10 year period, entitles you to membership in the Medallion Society and signifies your dedication to assisting the Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation in providing our community with quality healthcare. Recognition includes a framed certificate, your name on the Cabell Huntington Hospital Donor Wall and invitations to special programs, including a special annual members-only event.
